Red Dwarf X Wraps Filming

Fans of British comedy the world over rejoice as the post-production work begins on the set of Red Dwarf X. The new series, helmed by Richard Naylor, will comprise of six episodes featuring the Red Dwarf’s old crew exploring the vast reaches of space once again. It’s been three years since our last interaction with the characters in the 2009’s Back to Earth, however, but sources say that this new series dutifully fills in the three-year-long gap between the special and this newest iteration.

Red Dwarf X hopes to air later this year exclusively on UK’s Dave. Keep your eyes peeled for when we’ll be seeing our old friends on the Red Dwarf stateside.
